We booked a double room and truly enjoyed it. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and refrigerators. Our location was GOOD and amazing, near a train station.

Large beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Excellent, huge bathroom. Location not far from Mita station so kind of easy to get around.

the jewel in the crown was pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. the location within the connected shopping mall was particularly good for us. besides, it was about 10 minutes walk away from st paul's church.

It had great location next to Mihokashima Shrine. I had the a double room which was spacious for my laptop. The breakfast was marvellous and good, I really enjoyed good choice of food they served.

Really good location near Tamachi Station made exploring the city easy, and the staff provided excellent service. The only drawback was the lack of a natural light mirror in the room, which would have been helpful.

The hotel is ideally located right next to Tamachi Station. The staff's attention to detail enhanced our stay, as they were always responsive and friendly. The city view from our room was amazing, especially during sunset.

The room had no bathtub, only a sleek shower, which might not satisfy everyone's bathing needs. The gym is quite small, limited to two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike. There was a strange smell in the room, and if you shut the curtains for privacy, the room felt a bit like a cave. The late-night room service ended too early at 20:30 hours, and once I attempted to order food, it was sold out. Breakfast chaos took over 30 minutes just for two soft-boiled eggs, a bit excessive.

The staff were really good, especially at check-in, with personalized attention that stood out. The indulgent pastries at breakfast added a good touch to the dining experience. The lack of natural light in the room was disappointing, and while the bed was comfortable, the lobby area felt quite crowded at times, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Perfect Spot for the Business Traveler

I gotta say, the staff here were something special. They anticipated my needs, always having extra water in my room without me even asking, and the breakfast spread was just very nice-not just the typical stuff, but fresh and varied.

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but still alright.

The pullman is super convenient, right next to tamachi station and close to mita station. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the train station. The standout service was from the gentleman who helped us with our luggage. He was genuinely warm and cute. Plus, special mention to the really good breakfast buffet that included gluten-free options!
